Copy Cat

Questions keep the human brain alive,  and to keep it healthy as humans we ask each other difficult questions.  I know for a fact that my brain has had quite the work out.  One question that has been part of my work out was: Why are you obsessed with expensive, designer clothes.  Clothes are clothes?  This question took me quite a while to answer.  You see I feel that a designer starts the trend.  While a knock off brand copies it.  In real life from when your a little kid too an adult, no one likes a copy cat.  Also a designer purse is way more durable, fancier, and most of the time has a classic touch which will help you in years ahead.

I am forever thankful that my older sister recommended this store to me.  Akria.  So much to do and so much to see.  You can walk in to a generic store and expect to see the exact same style next season.  Although for Akria, its different.  I felt like when I walked in I was walking into a runway show.  The bright colors and the creative atmosphere make it all worth while. I have to shout out though Shannon who helped me out.  The staff really makes you feel like the only customer in the room.  So thank you Shannon.  If you are ever looking for a romper or party dress shop at Akria. Its a perfect store that balances out designer with normal brands.  Everything is adorable and gives you a pop of color to you personality.  Never be afraid to shine. Celebrating Spring

The spring doesn't just bring allergies, nice weather, and cute skirts.  It also brings the season kids in school of.  Prom and school dances.  The typical girly girl dreams of these days since before she even started attending school.  Strapping on the high, glittery, blistering heels and zipping but the dress that becomes a memory.  Yes memory.  Make this season the season when she remembers the dress and wants to look back in the scrap book and think " that was a great night."  

When dress shopping just remember that it is spring.  Spring is the season to have fun.  Wear a flowy dress that you can run around in.  Or even wear a short dress that makes people stare in "aw".  This seasons colors are light pastels, whites, and denim.  You can add a denim jacket if your cold while taking pictures.   Stay on and don't be afraid to show your creative side.

Trust?

I walked down the hallway and saw people that I knew on the outside, but not on the inside.  How is it that I have known these same people for years and years, but never really knew who they really were.  How do I know if someone is going to back stab me or  says something that completely turns my whole world around.  Truth is I'm sometimes lucky I don't know everyone. Knowing someones secrets?  Those beloved secrets that people almost guard with their life is a lot of pressure. I can barely trust people in general, but the thought of meeting someone at such a young age and trusting them with a huge secret just seems like the hardest thing to do.  You can trust shoes to help you not feel the ground as you walk.  You can trust a statement necklace to tie an outfit together.  Although for some odd reason we can't trust the human standing right next to us as we walk through this journey called life.
