The blue gown reminds me of a dream. Its wavy and relaxed. The material looks softer than blankets. Dreamlike. Simple but elegant. It makes sense and at the same time a mystery.  Fashion is like a mixed up language that only the creative ones understand.  They understand the dream within the clothes.
