Being Strong
Strength isn't measured by the way a person looks. Weather you have muscles or not. Being in love with fashion and having an interest in one day being apart of it has taught me a lot about being strong, independent, and not giving a crap about what people think. I bring it up so many times but sports were never my thing. As I got older and realized fashion is a huge billion dollar industry surrounded by jobs, people, creativity, and stories I was hooked. My personality is girly yes I get excited over sparkles, Louboutin's, and has an obsession with make up organization. When people learn this about me figure I'm weak. BEING IN LOVE WITH FASHION DOES NOT MAKE A PERSON WEAK! In fact it makes them stronger. In this months US Vogue Serena Williams is the cover girl. The amazing tennis champion inspired me to write this post. Serena Williams the tennis star is on a fashion magazine. I personally feel that people that do sports are afraid of fashion and they think looking cute is a disgrace and what they have been working for is looking tough. Being strong doesn't mean you can't look cute it means that you aren't afraid of being yourself, unique, creative, independent, smart, and kind.
